Sales → Leads shows everyone in the Lead or Trial stage with their source, last contact and next follow-up.

• Sources — Instagram, referral, walk-by, your public page (Join form)… Add your own under the customer form.
• Follow-ups — set a next date; overdue follow-ups surface on the home page.
• Stale leads — after N days without contact (Company details) a lead is flagged stale.
• Activity — every call, note and stage change in one timeline.

When a lead buys a package their stage moves to Active automatically.
