Create one-time sessions, set capacity, price and instructor.
Open Schedule and click a slot or Create session.
| Field | Notes |

| Class family | Sets the colour and which packages are valid. |
| Branch & room | Required. The room must be free for the whole duration. |
| Instructor | Only instructors linked to the family are offered. Can be left empty and assigned later. |
| Start & duration | Duration in minutes. |
| Capacity | Bookings beyond capacity go to the waitlist. |
| Schedule type | One time or Recurring — see recurring sessions. |
| Session type | Public appears in the member app and on your public page. Private is bookable only by admins. |
| Walk-in | Allow walk-ins and set a price; defaults to the company walk-in price. |
| Free session | No credit is consumed; used for trials and open days. |
| Hourly rate | Overrides the instructor's default rate for payroll. |
Editing and cancelling
Editing a session keeps existing bookings. If you reduce capacity below the booked count, nobody is removed — the session simply shows as over capacity. Cancelling a session notifies everyone booked and returns their credits.
