طلبات الدفع

Members transfer the money and upload a receipt; you confirm and the package activates, or reject with a reason they can read and act on.

If your studio takes bank transfers, InstaPay or wallet payments, members can pay from the app and send you the receipt instead of coming to the desk.

Switching it on

Payment settings, linked from the top of the page:

  • Members can pay by transfer and send a proof — the master switch.
  • Transfer details (English) and (Arabic) — exactly what the member reads before paying: bank name, account, IBAN, InstaPay handle, wallet number, and what to write in the reference. Write it as instructions, not as a paragraph; this text is doing the job a person at the desk would do.
  • Unreviewed requests expire after — hours, or 0 for never. Expiry keeps the queue honest; it does not take money from anyone.

Working the queue

Each request shows when it was sent, the member, the package, the amount, their reference, a note and the proof image — openable full size in a new tab.

Confirm states plainly what it is about to do: "This records a sale of 2,400 and activates the package for the member, exactly like a front-desk purchase." You choose how to book it — digital payment (and which source) or cash — and optionally the branch it was sold at. On confirmation the sale is in the wallet, the member holds the package, and they are notified.

Reject requires a reason that the member reads: "The amount received is 500, the package costs 800." They are notified and can send a new proof. A rejection with a useful reason resolves itself; "rejected" alone becomes a phone call.

Statuses

Pending · Confirmed · Rejected · Expired (unreviewed past the window) · Withdrawn (the member cancelled it) · Awaiting payment.

Confirmed and rejected rows keep who reviewed them and when, so the queue doubles as a record of who approved what.
