العملاء المحتملون
Everyone who has not bought yet, who owns them, and when to call next — with one-tap call and WhatsApp that log themselves.
Sales → Leads is the list of people who have not bought yet — and, more usefully, the list of who to call today.

The pills are the workflow
Due today · Overdue · Unassigned · New this week · All. Start on Overdue, clear it, move to Due today. A front desk that does those two every morning does not need a sales process document.
Unassigned is the leak. A lead nobody owns is a lead nobody calls — assign in bulk from the table.
Logging a contact
Log contact on any row. Channel — call, WhatsApp, visit, other — and an outcome:
Interested · Call back · No answer · Trial booked · Not interested
Add a note of what was said and what was promised, then set the next follow-up: tomorrow, in 3 days, in 1 week, a specific date and time, or let the studio rule decide.
Choosing Trial booked takes you straight on to picking the trial package, because that is what you were about to do next.
Star, assign, archive
- Star the ones worth protecting from the noise.
- Assign an owner, individually or to a selection.
- Archive in bulk. Owelz surfaces the stale ones itself: "23 leads with no contact for 30 days" with a Review and an Archive all. Archived leads keep their history and leave the working list.
Import and export
Import takes a spreadsheet — the list from an event, a sheet from an agency — with a default owner and default source applied to the file, a preview of what is new versus existing, and the invalid rows called out by line. Export takes the filtered list out.
Sources
Lead source is how Analytics → Customers answers where do members actually come from. Add sources as you go from the member form, and keep the list short enough to be comparable: Instagram, walk-in, referral, event, Google.
