MRR, churn, lifetime value and a studio health score, plus three alert cards that turn today's numbers into a list of people to call.
Home is the screen to open with coffee. It answers two questions: how is the studio doing and what should someone do today.

Choose the range — 7, 30 or 90 days, or custom — and, if you have several locations, a branch. Some figures are company-wide by nature; those say so rather than showing a wrong per-branch number.
The key metrics
| Metric | What it is |
|---|---|
| MRR | Every paid package valid today, priced per 30 days |
| Churned members | Members whose last paid package ended more than 60 days ago |
| Lifetime value | Average lifetime spend per paying member |
| Revenue per member | Revenue in range ÷ the members who paid |
| 12-month retention | Of the members active 12 months ago, how many still hold a package |
| Studio health score | A weighted score out of 100 across retention, utilisation, revenue growth and member risk |
Every one carries its own explanation on hover, with the actual arithmetic: "8 of the 46 paying on 1 August had no paid package on 31 August or in the 14 days after." Nothing on this page is a number you have to take on trust.
The three alert cards
This is the part that changes what happens today.
Likely to leave — paying members showing signs of going: coming less than they used to, weeks since their last class, a package ending unused, or new and not yet started. Open the card for the list, each with the reason and a suggested action.
Revenue opportunities — members who would be better off on a bigger package, and past members worth inviting back, with an estimated monthly value attached.
Operational issues — things to fix this week: a class with no instructor, a class booked past capacity, a waiting list while a similar class sits half empty, classes running consistently under your fill threshold.
Every list gives you Call, WhatsApp, Email and Open profile per row, plus Copy list and Copy emails for a BCC. Contacting someone from here logs the outreach automatically — which is what lets campaign results be measured rather than claimed.
Below the fold
- Member intelligence — the risk table in full. See member risk and playbooks.
- Revenue — where the money came from by class and by time of day, a forecast for the next 30 days with a stated confidence and the assumptions behind it, and this month against the same days last month.
- Cohorts — the share of each sign-up month still holding a package after N months, and last month against the month before.
- Playbooks — four standing plays, with target lists and measured results.
