تجميد الباقات وتعديلها
Pause a package while a member travels, extend an end date, add invitations, or remove a purchase — and what each one does to your numbers.
Freezing
From the member's profile, Edit packages → freeze. The package stops counting down and the member cannot book with it. Unfreezing resumes it, and the days lost come back at the end.
How often and for how long is bounded by two numbers: the freeze action limit and the max freeze duration, set studio-wide in Company details and overridable per package. The profile shows freezes remaining so the desk can answer "can I pause again?" without a judgement call.
Both the freeze and the unfreeze notify the member and land in their History.
Adjusting dates and invitations
Update package date on the profile changes:
- Package start date and end date — the direct fix for a goodwill extension, a studio closure, or an import that landed a day out.
- Number of invitations to be added — top up guest passes.
Removing a purchase
Remove takes the package off the member. Use it for a genuine mistake — the wrong package sold, a duplicate entry. It notifies the member and is recorded in their history.
It is not the tool for a refund conversation: removing a purchase corrects the member's record, and any money that has to go back is a wallet transaction of its own. Keep the two deliberate and your cash box stays reconcilable.
What the numbers do
| Action | Active members | Revenue | MRR |
|---|---|---|---|
| Freeze | Frozen, counted separately | Unchanged — the money was collected | Excluded while frozen |
| Extend dates | Unchanged | Unchanged | Spread over more days, so slightly lower |
| Remove purchase | Drops if it was their only package | The original transaction stays unless you reverse it | Drops |
