Design what you sell — credits, validity, scope, freezes and invitations.
Packages → Create:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name & price | Shown to the desk and (if published) in the member app. |
| Sessions | Number of credits, or unlimited. |
| Duration (days) | Validity from activation. |
| Package type | Group (regular classes) or Private (1:1 sessions). |
| Class families | Which classes it can book. |
| Branches | All, or a subset. |
| Freeze action limit / max freeze duration | Overrides company defaults. |
| Invitations | Guest passes included. |
| Published | Visible in the member app and on the public page. |
Activation
A purchased package is pending until its first booking or a manual activation. Validity counts from activation, so a member who buys on the 1st but starts on the 10th does not lose nine days.
