مسار المبيعات

Every lead in the column their story puts them in — New, Contacted, Interested, Trial, Won, Lost — with the waiting time and follow-up state on each card.

Sales → Pipeline is the same leads as Leads, arranged by where their story has got to.

The sales pipeline board with columns for New, Contacted, Interested, Trial, Won and Lost
Six columns, each with a one-line definition so two salespeople read them the same way.
ColumnWhat it means
NewNobody has reached out yet
ContactedReached, no yes yet
InterestedSaid yes — book the trial
TrialTrial booked or taken
WonBought a package this period
LostSaid no

The header keeps the count honest: 48 on the board · 6 due today · 3 overdue.

The cards

Each card carries the follow-up state — Overdue, Today, Scheduled — and how long the lead has been waiting: 9 days waiting. A stack of cards in New with long waiting times is the most expensive thing on the screen, and the board makes it impossible not to see.

Filter by mine, anyone's, or unassigned, and by source.

Moving a card

Dragging a card opens Log a contact: what you did, what came of it, when to follow up. The column follows the outcome. This is deliberate — a lead does not become Interested because someone dragged it, but because they said something.

Two things the board will not let you do:

  • Won cannot be dragged to. "A lead is won by selling them a package — open their profile to sell one." Money is the only thing that moves a card to Won, which is what keeps your conversion rate real.
  • A logged contact cannot be undone. Log what happened next instead.

Reading the board

  • New piling up → leads are arriving faster than anyone is calling. Assign owners.
  • Contacted wide, Interested thin → the first call is not landing. Listen to one.
  • Interested wide, Trial thin → nobody is booking the trial in the same conversation. Fix that one habit and the rest follows.
  • Trial wide, Won thin → the class is not converting, or nobody asks for the sale after it.

For the same shape as measured numbers — conversion between each step, days to first contact, days to win, split by source and by salesperson — see the funnel in activity and targets.
