Stop a member booking or checking in, with a recorded reason — and know exactly what blocking does and does not do to their money.
Profile → More actions → Block member. A reason is required, between 3 and 500 characters.
A blocked member:
- cannot book, in the app or at the desk — the booking panel says so;
- cannot check in;
- cannot leave reviews;
- keeps everything else: their packages, credits, history and profile are untouched.
The profile carries a banner from then on — Blocked on 14 March by Sara — repeated late cancellations after final warning — and they appear in the Blocked tab on Customers with the reason, the date and who did it.
Unblocking
Unblock on the profile or in the blocked list, with a confirmation. They can book and check in again immediately. Both the block and the unblock are in the member's History with who and when — which matters if the decision is ever questioned.
Deleting a member
Deletion is available on the profile and is permanent. In almost every case it is the wrong tool: a deleted member takes their attendance and payment history with them, which changes your past revenue and retention numbers. Block, or let them churn.
