Booking and check-in
The four booking types, checking members in, and why attendance matters.
Booking types
| Type | Credit | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| Package | Consumes one credit (or nothing on unlimited packages) | The default for members |
| Walk-in | None — a price is charged and lands in the wallet | Drop-ins without a package |
| Free | None | Trials, open days, make-goods |
| Invitation | Consumes one of the package's invitations | A member brings a friend |
Check-in
From the session card, tap the member's name → Check in. Attendance is what counts for:
- instructor pay (sessions taught),
- utilisation and retention analytics,
- review eligibility on public pages.
