Member profiles
One profile per member — packages, bookings, notes, attachments and stage.
Customers lists every member with their active package, credits left, next booking and stage. Open a profile to see:
- Packages — active, pending activation, expired; freeze and unfreeze; adjust dates.
- Sessions — bookings, check-ins, cancellations, with who did what.
- Notes — internal, timestamped, by staff member.
- Attachments — medical forms, ID, contracts.
- Details — phone, email, birthday, gender, home branch, lead source, member code.
Stages
Every member has a stage that Owelz maintains for you: Lead → Trial → Active → Expired → Churned. It drives the leads pipeline and the retention analytics.
Blocking a member
Block removes app access and cancels future bookings; the reason is recorded. Blocked members cannot leave reviews.
