Where is my data stored?#

In an isolated tenant in our database; files (photos, attachments) in private object storage with short-lived links.

Who can see member data?#

Only your staff, according to their role and branch restriction. Owelz staff access is limited to support requests and logged.

Can I export?#

Yes — customers, packages, transactions and payroll export to CSV from their pages. Ask support for a full export.

Can I delete my studio?#

Yes. Email support from the owner address; we delete the tenant within 30 days.
