Create your studio
Sign up, set company defaults, and understand the 90-day trial.
Sign up
Go to the admin dashboard and choose Create your account. You will enter:
- Studio name — shown to members and on your public page.
- Your name, email and phone — this becomes the Owner account.
- Country — sets the currency and the phone-number format.
- Default language — English or Arabic. Members can pick their own.
The trial starts immediately. No credit card is needed until day 90.
Company details
Open Company details in the sidebar. These defaults apply to every session and package unless overridden:

| Default walk-in price | Pre-fills the price when a session allows walk-ins. |
| Session booking cutoff (hours) | Members cannot book closer than this to the start time. |
| Session cancellation cutoff (hours) | Members cannot cancel closer than this; late cancels consume the credit. |
| Freeze action limit | How many times a member may freeze a package. |
| Max freeze duration | The longest a single freeze may last. |
| Quiet hours | Notifications are held until quiet hours end. |
| Booking horizon (days) | How far ahead members may book. |
Payment sources
Under Company details → Digital payment and Custom transaction sources add the ways money reaches you: Instapay, a card terminal, Vodafone Cash, bank transfer. Every sale is tagged with a source so the wallet reconciles per source.
