Member app
What members see, how they get access, and what they can do on their own.
The member app is a web app at app.owelz.co — nothing to install. Members sign in with their phone number or email.
Inviting a member
Create the customer in the dashboard; they receive an invitation by email/WhatsApp with a link to set a password.
What members can do
- See the schedule per branch, filtered by class family or instructor.
- Book, join a waitlist, and cancel within the rules.
- See their packages, remaining credits, freeze status and invitations.
- Rate a class after attending it (reviews).
- Switch language between English and Arabic.
Members cannot buy packages in the app in this version — sales happen at the desk or through your public page's Join form.
