Reviews

Who can review#

Only members who attended. After a class the member app asks for a rating of the instructor (within 14 days), and every 90 days for the studio. Staff and blocked members cannot review.

What is public#

Stars (average to one decimal), the number of reviews and a tag cloud — and only once there are five or more reviews. The written note is never public: it goes to the studio inbox and to the reviewed instructor.

Studio inbox#

Reviews in the dashboard lists every review with filters by instructor, rating, branch and date. You can reply privately (the member sees it), flag abuse, watch monthly trends per instructor and export CSV.

Rules#

• One review per member per instructor per 30 days.
• Editable for 7 days, deletable anytime.
• Flagged notes are hidden while Owelz reviews them.
