Follow-up rules

When nobody sets the next follow-up by hand, these do — one interval per outcome, and the hour of day they land.

Sales → Follow-up rules. Five intervals, one per outcome, plus the hour follow-ups land at.

Follow-ups land at sets the hour, in studio time. Put it where your team actually makes calls — 11 AM beats 9 AM if mornings are classes.

Why bother

A follow-up date is what puts a lead into Due today on the leads page and colours the card on the pipeline. Without one, a lead is in the list but never in anyone's day. The rules guarantee that every lead has a next date, even on the busiest evening when nobody set one.

When a follow-up comes due, the owner gets the Follow-up due notification.
