Selling a package
Sell at the desk in cash or digitally, record who sold it, and know exactly when the package activates and when the money hits the wallet.
From a member's profile or the Customers list: Add package.
Select the package
Only published, active packages are offered. Each shows whether it works everywhere or only at named branches.Choose the payment type
Cash or Digital payment. Digital then asks which source — the list you built in Company details.Confirm
Owelz tells you in advance what a cash sale does to the cash box, then records the sale.
What happens the moment you confirm
- The member holds the package, purchased but not yet activated.
- The sale appears in the wallet as money in, with the source, type, branch, customer and who recorded it.
- A cash sale increases the cash box; a digital sale does not.
- If the member has a salesperson, the commission is queued for that admin's next payslip.
- The member gets the Package purchased notification.
Activation
The package activates when it pays for its first booking. Until then it sits on the profile as Not activated yet, and the booking form warns "Your package will be activated upon this selection" before it happens.
This is deliberate: it means selling early costs the member nothing, and your active members figure counts people who are actually training.
Bulk purchases
Bulk Purchase on the Customers page takes an .xlsx of purchases — the way to enter a weekend promotion sold on paper without twenty trips through the form.
Walk-ins
A member without a package can still attend: book them as a walk-in from the session and take the drop-in price. It lands in the wallet as money in with source Walk-in. Analytics → Revenue keeps walk-ins separate from package sales, which is how you find out whether your drop-in price is converting anybody.
