How does the trial work?#

90 days, full product, no card. On day 90 the dashboard asks you to choose a plan; members and data are untouched.

What are the plans?#

Monthly at $10/month or annual at $8/month billed yearly. Everything is included on both — unlimited members, classes, branches and staff.

How do I pay?#

Card through our billing provider. The invoice is emailed each period.

Can I cancel?#

Anytime from Company details → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable — see the refund policy.
