Adding members

Add one member at the desk, let them sign themselves up from your link, or upload a spreadsheet of hundreds — and what to fill in for the reports to work.

Three ways in, for three different situations.

One at a time, at the desk

Add Customer. The form is grouped into three sections:

  • Identity — name in Latin and Arabic, gender, birth date. The birth date is what makes the Birthday notification and the birthdays-this-month figure work.
  • Contact — phone, email, username, password. The username and password are their member app login.
  • Studio — home branch, salesperson, lead source, contract number.

A home branch is used for defaults and reporting only — members book and attend wherever they like.

They sign themselves up

Company details gives you a customer sign-up URL. Put it in your Instagram bio, behind a QR code at the desk, or in a WhatsApp reply. People who arrive this way create their own record and land in Sales → Leads with the source recorded, waiting for a follow-up call.

A spreadsheet of them

Bulk Customers on the Customers page takes an .xlsx file — download the template, fill it, upload it. Owelz checks every row and tells you exactly where a bad one is: "Check email at row #34". You get a result summary of how many went in and which failed.

Bulk Purchase does the same for package purchases, so a promotion sold on paper over a weekend can be entered in one file.
