Branches and rooms

Branches#

A branch is a physical location. Create one per address under Branches. A branch can be deactivated when it closes; its history stays.

Branches matter in three places:

• Sessions always belong to a branch (and a room in it).
• Packages can be valid at all branches or only some. A member with a single-branch package cannot book elsewhere.
• Staff can be restricted to specific branches; they then only see those branches' schedules, members and money.

Rooms#

Rooms live inside a branch: Studio A, Reformer room, Outdoor deck. A session takes exactly one room, which is how two classes can run in parallel without colliding.
