What members and staff receive, on which channel, and the templates you can edit.
Owelz sends transactional notifications by email and WhatsApp, and shows staff notifications in the dashboard header.

Staff notifications
New lead, new review, payroll approved, low utilisation alert. Admins pick which they want in Notifications.
Templates and quiet hours
Templates are editable per language. Quiet hours (Company details) hold non-urgent messages until morning.
