Pay periods

Payroll → New period: pick a start and end date (periods cannot overlap). Owelz computes, per person:

• Sessions taught — attended sessions × the session's hourly rate × duration.
• Base + commission — for admins with a salary or sales commission.
• Adjustments — bonuses, deductions, advances, corrections.
• Gross — the total.

Lifecycle#

Draft → Approved → Paid. Approve locks the computation; Recompute refreshes it from the schedule while keeping adjustments. Reopen requires a reason and is logged.

Mark one person or everyone as paid, choosing cash or a digital source; the payment lands in the wallet.
