Selling and freezing
Sell a package at the desk, choose the payment source, freeze and unfreeze.
Selling
From a member's profile: Add package → choose the package, the payment type (cash or a digital source) and confirm. The amount is posted to the wallet under that source.
Freezing
A freeze pauses validity — the end date moves by the freeze length. Limits come from the package (or company defaults). Members cannot book while frozen.
Open the member's packages
Freeze → pick a length
Must be within max freeze duration.Unfreeze early if they come back
The unused freeze days are returned to the package.
Adjusting dates
Update package date lets an admin change start/end dates or add invitations, with the change logged.
